TERMS OF USE

Software Modification

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the poker software in any way.

Personal Use Only

This service is intended solely for personal entertainment. Users may deposit and wager money exclusively for their own use. Each player is allowed to operate only one unique poker account. Using an account for any purpose other than playing on this platform is strictly forbidden.

Collusion and Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of prohibited forms of collusion, including:

  • Soft playing (intentionally avoiding competitive play)

  • Chip dumping (deliberately losing chips to another player)

  • Team play (coordinated action between players)

In proven cases, affected players may be refunded at Bspin’s discretion. Offending players risk having their funds frozen or confiscated. Bspin’s security team actively monitors games and may launch investigations into suspicious behavior without prior notice.

Multi-Account Team Play

Team play involving multiple accounts is prohibited. This includes entering tournaments or games with two or more poker accounts and sharing information between them. Sharing can include playing from the same computer, using messaging apps, or any other form of communication.

Players found engaging in such behavior will have their accounts closed and risk forfeiting any funds or winnings. All accounts involved will be subject to investigation and a permanent ban from the Bspin platform.

Soft Playing

Soft playing refers to the act of multiple players avoiding aggressive action when another player is all-in. This behavior goes against poker ethics. Any verbal or non-verbal agreement to soft play will result in a warning or, upon repeated offense, forfeiture of winnings.

Chip Dumping

Chip dumping is when a player intentionally loses chips to another in order to boost their chances of winning. In such cases, winnings will be confiscated and accounts may be permanently closed.

Poker Wallet

Bspin supports multiple cryptocurrencies for deposits, including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. However, when funds are transferred to your poker wallet, they are automatically converted to USDT (Tether), which is used as the in-game currency. All gameplay, balances, and transactions within the poker platform are handled in USDT. When withdrawing from your poker account, the funds will be paid out in USDT, regardless of the original deposit currency.

Connection Issues - Cash Games

If a disconnection occurs during a cash game, affected players may contact support. If it’s confirmed that the issue was on Bspin’s side and the player held a winning hand, lost funds may be refunded. If the issue was on the player's side, no refund will be provided.

Connection Issues - Tournaments

If disconnected during a tournament:

  • Players have 30 seconds to reconnect.

  • If a player does not return within that time:

    • Their hand will be played automatically if possible.

    • If all chips were already in play, the hand continues.

    • If not all chips were committed, the player will fold.

    • If facing a raise, the player will fold.

    • Players who remain disconnected will continue to post blinds until eliminated.

Scheduled Maintenance

Bspin performs regular server maintenance. All games will be paused during scheduled downtime. Players will be notified in advance via the software or support. No refunds or compensations will be issued for games interrupted due to maintenance.

Prohibited Software Tools

Use of software tools that provide an unfair advantage, such as player databases or suggestion engines, is strictly forbidden. Bspin reserves the right to monitor gameplay and block such tools. Users must not interfere with this process in any way.

Bots and Automated Play

The use of artificial intelligence, including bots or automated scripts, is strictly prohibited. All gameplay must be conducted manually through the approved user interface.

Inappropriate Content

Users must not use offensive, illegal, or inappropriate language or imagery in chat or avatars. This includes hate speech, threats, or obscene content. Violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, or permanent bans.

Monitoring and Sanctions

Bspin employs advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent cheating or rule violations. Bspin reserves the right to close accounts, confiscate winnings, or take legal action where necessary.

Disputes and Player Responsibility

All game data and hand histories are stored on Bspin servers. In case of a dispute, official records take precedence over on-screen displays or replay tools.

Bspin may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing the latest version regularly.

Bspin reserves the right to reject any account registration without explanation and to limit or restrict participation in any tournament or cash game, including preventing certain players from joining the same table or event.

Bspin may suspend or close accounts without notice. In such cases, account balances will be returned unless a rules violation or suspicious activity is confirmed.

Users are fully responsible for complying with local laws. Bspin holds no liability for legal breaches by the user.

Users must provide accurate personal information. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, account closure, or loss of funds.

Players are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. All activity under the account is the user’s sole responsibility.

Accounts are personal and users are responsible for all actions taken under them, as well as entitled to all winnings and benefits.

In the event of a dispute, Bspin’s decisions are final and binding.

Bspin actively monitors and investigates any suspicious activity involving fraud, collusion, or money laundering. Confirmed cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

If fraud or misconduct is confirmed, Bspin reserves the right to cancel winnings and freeze accounts, even if the user acted in good faith or if the issue arose due to a software error.

Players may file complaints by emailing [email protected].
